About me
I'm Katie, the girl behind the camera! I started Posie in 2015 and have met so many lovely families so far. I love working with children and making them smile. With now 17 years professional photography experience, you're in safe hands with me!

What I provide
My style is all about colour, comfort and with a huge focus on what's important: your family! You will notice my photography is very minimalistic and I focus on getting natural smiles so your portraits stand the test of time.
Ages 0-6 weeks
Baby is usually swaddled for these types of portraits, purely so they stay comfortable. Another plus is so if you have other children, they can hold the baby easily, and the family portraits are beautifully posed too!
3-5 months
Baby will be posed on their belly and showing off their gummy smiles!
I work with beautiful soft flokati rugs which I have in array of colours and can create lots of different beautiful portraits at this stage.
Sitting plus
For little ones who are able to sit up unaided, I will focus on different poses, facial expressions and quick backdrop changes to get the most variety of images for you.
Family & Siblings
Families & siblings are always welcome in the Posie Studio! Please note I take a maximum of 4 children and only from their nuclear family (parents + siblings)
